Rosettes and Altered Frames

Ok, by now you have all seen the adorable rosette embellishments that have been popping up in stores. There are even dyes and cricut cartridges dedicated to them. Well, I recently stumbled across a video on You tube teaching you how to make rosettes with nothing more than a scoring tool. My personal favorite is the Martha Stewart Scoring board. So of course I had to give it a try! What I love the most is that they are easy to make and can be made in multiple sizes and patterns to coordinate with any page or project.

My other new favorite thing are these great picketed fence frames from Hannah's. They are perfect for covering with paper and decorating to display a photo. Christmas is coming people, never to early to start making your hand-made gifts.
